Proponent Refers to Ac 91-69A Seaplane Safety for Far Part 91 Operator for Accomplishing An Acceptable Level of Safety 7. the Proponent Should Ensure That All Local Codes, State Codes and Ordinances, Environmental Codes, Zoning Requirements, and Fire Codes are Completed. to Include Any Additional Governing Authority That may Have Jurisdiction.
