Based on This Study We Interpose No Objections Provided: a. the South End of the Runway be Relocated 200' North to Remove the Public Road and Powerlines from the Runway Primary Surface. B. Pilots Operating at This Airport Have Full Knowledge of the Requirements Necessary for Flight Within An Airport Radar Surveillance Area (Arsa). C. You Meet with the Manager of the Champaign Air Traffic Control Tower for a Briefing on Local Traffic Pattern Procedures, Prior to Commencing Flight Operations at This Airport. D. Obstructions in the Runway Approach Slope Surfaces Should be Removed or Lowered. Otherwise, the Runway Threshold Should be Displaced and Clearly Marked to Provide a Minimum of 20:1 Approach Surface...
