Fixed Obstructions with in 100 Feet of the Helipad Safety Area That Penetrate the Object Identification Surface Must be Marked or Lighted in Accordance with Ac 150/5390-2 and Ac 70/7460-1, As Amended . 4. the Proponent Must Insta Ll a Wind Cone in Accordance with Ac 150/5390-2C, Par. 212. 5. at a Minimum, the Fato Must be Marked and Oriented in Accordance with Ac 150/5390-2C, As Amended. 6. Operations Must be Limited to VFR Weather Conditions only. 7. the Landing Area Must be Limited to Private-Use. |
