Unauthorized Persons are Restrained from Access to the Takeoff/Landing Area During Helicopter Flight Operations by Use of a Non-Obstructing Safety Barrier. 7. a Heliport Inspection is Completed Within 15 Days of Completion of Construction and Prior to Operational Use of the Heliport.
