If More than One Helicopter may Operate at the Heliport at a Time, Designate a Parking Area Outside of the Helipad Safety Area and not Under An Approach/Departure Surface. Please Contact Mr. Robert Payne Near the End of Construction for a Follow Up Site Visit Before Commencing Operations. We Recommend That: Unauthorized Persons be Restrained from Access to the Takeoff/Landing Area During Helicopter Flight Operations by Use of a Non-Obstructing Safety Barrier. Fire Protection be Provided in Accordance with the Local Fire Code and/or Ac 150/5390-2, "Heliport Design."
