Flight Standards Has No Preliminary Objection to This Proposed Helipad with the Following List of Provisions and/or Recommendations: 1. the Takeoff and Lift Off (Tlof) is Illuminated with Flush Light Fixtures, Ac 150-5390-2C, Paragraph 410, Page 101 and 102. 2. the Takeoff and Lift Off (Tlof), Final Approach Touchdown Area (Fato), and Safety Area are the Correct Dimensions for the Design Helicopter Which Will be Operating at the Heliport. 3. the Tlof is Marked to Indicate the Maximum Length...
