Since the Proponent Did not Provide a Design Helicopter in the FAA 7480-1, the Proponent Should Calculate the Tlof, Fato, and Safety Area Dimensions for the Most Demanding Helicopter That Will be Operated at This Location. Flight Standards Highly Recommends Calculating the Tlof, Fato, and Safety Area Dimensions in Accordance with Fig. 4-2. 3. the Landing Area is Limited to Private Use, VFR, Single Helicopter Within Each Safety Area. (Ref: Para. 402) 4. the Proponent Should Ensure That All Fixed Objects Located Within the Safety Area Do not Project Above the Fato Elevation, Except for Lighting Fixtures, Which may Project a Maximum of 2 Inches.
