Unauthorized Persons are Restrained from Access to the Takeoff/Landing Area During Helicopter Flight Operations. the Heliport Proponent Will Reexamine Obstacles in the Vicinity of the Approach/Departure Path on An Annual Basis in Accordance with Ac 150/5390-2C, Paragraph 409E. the Proponent Will Ensure the Primary Ingress/Egress Path Remains Clear; Remove/Top Trees As Necessary. only Pilots Authorized by the Proponent Shall be Allowed to Conduct Operations Into This Helipad. Proponent Shall Brief Pilots He Authorizes on the Surrounding Environment, Prevailing Winds and Any Areas to Avoid Overflying.
