Sheppard AFB ATCT Will Deny Non-Based Aircraft Entry Into Sheppards Class D Airpace When Military Flight Tng is in Progress at Sheppard AFB.
Extreme Care Must be Exercised Due to the Proximity of Sheppard AFB and the High-Performance Military Jet Traffic in the Vicinity of 4- Shipp Airport. All Operations Will be Conducted Under VFR and See and Avoid Procedures Apply at All Times.
Sheppard AFB ATCT Will not be Responsible for Aircraft Separation. Aircraft Operating to/from 4-Shipp Airfield Will Remain Clear of and Give Way to Ciivilian/Military Traffic Operating in Sheppard AFB Traffic Patterns.
