Because This is a Private Use Heliport, All Operators Proceed at Their Own Risk, and to Enhance the Safety of Operations, We Recommend: 1. Approach / Departure Operations Should be Conducted on a 110 Degree Egress Course / 290 Degree Ingress Course, or on a 280 Degree Egress Course / 1000 Degree Ingress Course Using the Center of the Heliport As the Reference Point. These Areas Provide the Best Obstacle Clearance Provided the Tree and Flag Pole in the Proposed Courtyard and the 2 Power Poles / Power Lines Closest to the Heliport Running North Along Monroe St are Removed As Planned. Please Note That Helicopter Operators may Choose Different Routes to Meet Their Operational Regulatory Requirements, Which Will Vary Based on the Specific Type of Aircraft, Aircraft Loading, and Environmental Conditions at the Time of the Operation. 2. a Wind Indicator is Installed and Maintained Adjacent to the Heliport As Planned, Away from the Approach and Departure Routes, and Outside the Safety Area. 3.
