Because This is a Private Use Heliport, All Operators Proceed at Their Own Risk, and to Enhance the Safety of Operations, We Recommend: 1. Approach / Departure Operations Should be Conducted on a 045 Degree Clockwise to 290 Degree Egress Course / 225 Degree Clockwise to 110 Degree Ingress Course Using the Center of the Heliport As the Reference Point. Please Note That Helicopter Operators may Choose Different Routes to Meet Their Operational Regulatory Requirements, Which Will Vary Based on the Specific Type of Aircraft, Aircraft Loading and Environmental Conditions at the Time of the Operation. 2. a Non-Obstructing Wind Indicator is Installed and Maintained Adjacent to the Heliport As Planned, Away from the Approach and Departure Routes, and Outside the Safety Area. 3. the Takeoff/Landing Area is Appropriately Marked in Accordance with Ac 150/5390-2C, Paragraph 414, Including Maximum Gross Weight and Helicopter Length Markings, and Properly Aligned with the Preferred Approach/ Departure Routings. 4.
