Our Position is That the Helicopter Operations Can be Conducted Safely from This Heliport Provided the Following Conditions are Met: All Helicopter Approach/Departure Route Operations are Conducted on An Ingress/Egress of 060 Degree Clockwise Through 225 Degree and 245 Degree Clockwise Through 345 Degree Headings Using the Center of the Proposed Tlof As a Reference Point; All Operations are Conducted in VFR Weather Conditiions; the Landing Area is
