We Recommend That: ¿ Unauthorized Persons be Restrained from Access to the Takeoff/Landing Area During Helicopter Flight Operations by Use of a Non-Obstructing Safety Barrier. ¿ Fire Protection be Provided in Accordance with the Local Fire Code and/or Ac 150/5390-2, "Heliport Design."|
