Full Weather Brief Only Subscription
Full Briefs are included with the Single-User subscription. With the purchase of a Full Weather Brief Add-On, you get:
A detailed, printable listing for your route of flight. See this Sample
listing for a live brief. (Yes, this sample pulls current, accurate data, but for a random flight path.)
Secure storage of this listing on our servers for at least 30 days. (Regulations require only 15 days.)
You can review old briefings.
AvnWx.com will provide proof that you requested a brief, and provide contents of
that brief, in case of ยง91.103 queries from the FAA.
AvnWx.com intends to pursue QICP certification from the FAA, but only those reports
created through this subscription will qualify.
NOTAM Only Subscription
NOTAMs are included with the Single-User subscription. NOTAMs can be retrieved using the main NOTAM page.
Current NOTAMs are also displayed for airports when their corresponding METAR or Airport icon is clicked.
NOTAMs are also
included with the flight brief (assuming you have a Single-User subscription, or individual subscriptions for both NOTAMs and Briefs.)
Providing On-line Comments/Feedback [FREE]
Airport detail pages include "Community Comments" at the bottom of the page, where registered users can add information
about FBOs, local restaurants, nearby museums, etc. (AvnWx.com reserves the right to remove abusive or
severly off-topic comments, though it's difficult to imagine that ever being necessary.)
Some pages have a "Feedback Box" which allows you to post comments and questions about the page. This is very useful to me.
